Founded in 1977 by john Owen and incorporated in 1981. ODC offers a team of designers, technologists, architects, engineers, along with buildings code specialists, CAD and BIM managers and constructions inspectors. Our project team works closely with clients to create a practical building solution to achieve immediate and master plan goals.
ODC is a full-service practice acting as an agent on behalf of the client to obtain all necessary planning and building approvals from various levels of government and applicable agencies.
